TC826 Diesel Oil Pour Point Depressant/PPD
Description:
TC826 is the pour point depressant used in diesel oils. The main component of TC826 is fumaric acid-vinyl acetate copolymer. Besides that, it also contains some other copolymer with additives. It is a kind of compound type low-temperature fluidity improver. Under low temperature, TC826 will form crystals together with the paraffin separated out from diesel oils or adsorb on the surface of the wax crystal, which prevents the wax from crystallization and crystallization tendency; changes the shape and the size of the wax crystals; prevents the wax crystals bonding with each other forming three-dimensional network structure; weaken the further development of wax crystals, to assure a good fluidity of diesel oils under low temperature.

Application Method:
- Additives agents which can be used in oil refinery factories.
- Test before application to confirm about the best dosage.
- If the product is stored under lower temperature, please heat it to liquid status to ensure that the product is solution before being added to the diesel oils. It is also suggested that the PPD be added to the diesel oils under the temperature higher than the turbidity point temperature which means adding the PPD before the paraffin separating out from the diesel oils.
- Reference Dosage: 0.5-1.0%
- Blend the mother solution with PPD and Diesel Oil according to the proportion of 1:8, then add it to the diesel oils which need reducing the pour point and blend uniformly.
Package and Storage:
Packed with metal Barrels and the net weight is 180KGS/Barrel.
Avoid of fire, and Stored in cool and dry environment. Make sure the temperature is under 50°C.
